Job summary

The Westin Toronto Airport, part of Easton’s Group of Hotels, seeks a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to drive revenue, boost brand visibility, and nurture guest relationships. You will support proposals, campaigns, and client communications, coordinating with multiple teams to ensure smooth promotions and revenue growth.

You’ll help prepare presentations, manage CRM data, and assist with events, trade shows, and client entertainment while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent plus 1 year in a sales office or related field; some college preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
• Strong oral and written communication; friendly, hospitality-focused mindset.
• Planning and organizational abilities; ability to work under pressure.
• Typing 50 wpm; comfortable with PCs, data entry, and client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales team with proposals, contracts, rate agreements, and client follow-up.
• Prepare sales presentations, reports, and performance tracking.
• Manage group blocks, event inquiries, and coordinate with operations for client satisfaction.
• Maintain and update CRM client database to ensure accuracy.
• Support digital and print marketing campaigns, content creation, and campaign monitoring.
• Coordinate sales trips, site inspections, and client entertainment; manage expenses and budgets.
