Job summary

The Westin Toronto Airport Hotel is seeking a housekeeping team member to clean guest rooms and public areas to ensure total guest satisfaction. You will follow established standards and coordinate with other departments to deliver high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned rooms or areas to established standards.
• Notify supervisor when service is complete so rooms may be sold or occupied.
• Report to supervisor needed repairs or unsafe conditions.
• Respond to guest complaints and ensure corrective action is taken to achieve guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and control supplies/amenities and minimize waste.
