Operto in Vancouver, BC is hiring Account Executive for the ONE product to help hotels reduce OTA reliance and grow direct bookings. You’ll guide qualified opportunities from discovery to close, working with hotel owners, operators, and revenue leaders to quantify OTA costs and ROI.

This is a consultative SaaS role in a fast-growing environment. You’ll partner with SDRs, GTM, and product teams, thrive on targets, and operate in a hybrid setting.

Qualificações

• 1–2+ years of experience closing B2B SaaS deals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong consultative selling and forecast accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Convert opportunities into customers by guiding SQLs through discovery, demos, terms, and closing.
• Demonstrate ROI of direct bookings vs OTA dependency.
• Engage General Managers and revenue leaders to align occupancy goals and strategies.
• Deliver personalized product demonstrations showing guest journey improvements.
• Build business cases quantifying revenue opportunities and savings.
• Own pipeline, forecast opportunities, and hit quarterly revenue targets.
• Collaborate with SDRs, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
