Zusammenfassung

Gravity Haus Revelstoke is seeking a practical Maintenance & Public Areas Lead who owns the property and leads by example. This is a highly hands-on role, with ~95% of time spent maintaining, repairing, and cleaning the property to keep it safe, functional, and well-presented.

You will lead day-to-day repairs, preventative maintenance, and coordinate vendor support while planning for Revelstoke’s seasonal needs. Strong communication and independent decision-making are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in hotels, resorts, or similar properties.
• Strong practical skills in general maintenance and repair.
• Experience troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, HVAC, doors, fixtures, drywall, and related systems.
• Organized, proactive, and able to prioritize preventative maintenance.

Aufgaben

• Own and execute the property's preventative maintenance program with inspections and follow-up.
• Perform hands-on repairs in guest rooms and common areas (plumbing, electrical, painting, fixtures).
• Maintain guestroom PTACs and the hotel hot tub; manage cleaning, testing, and documentation.
• Oversee entrances, hallways, washrooms, gym, patios, and other shared spaces for cleanliness and presentation.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for specialized work and monitor outcomes.
