You will partner with department heads to optimize profitability, ensure GAAP compliance, and drive performance. The role demands strong analytics, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead a finance team in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience.
• Minimum 3 years in hospitality, resort, hotel, or related service industries preferred.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, audits, and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and long-range financial planning.
• Oversee monthly forecasting and financial performance reviews.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, labor costs, and KPIs.
• Develop actionable recommendations to improve profitability and operational effectiveness.
• Maintain GAAP compliance and manage internal controls.
