Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in a Store Manager role.
• Proven track record in hospitality.
• Strong financial and inventory management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 kg.

Responsibilities

• Lead team to exceed hospitality expectations and uphold Bridgehead standards.
• Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate front-line staff.
• Manage policies, records, cash handling, and store costs.
• Anticipate customer needs and maintain a warm, inviting environment.
• Collaborate with staff and other managers in meetings and planning.
