Job summary

Pursuit is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Development Projects on a maternity leave contract. You will aid budgeting, documentation, and reporting for initiatives across Banff, Jasper, Golden, and Waterton. Work closely with Sr.

Director, Development Projects and other stakeholders to ensure timely updates and cross-functional alignment. The role requires PM education, PM certification is a plus, and 3–5 years of project coordination experience.

Qualifications

• Formal education in a related field with PM focus.
• PM certification is an asset and preferred.
• 3–5 years of project coordination or controls experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project budgets and provide variance analysis.
• Maintain project documentation with version control.
• Prepare regular status updates and dashboards.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and meetings.
