Job summary

Aramark at Belleville – CIBC Place is seeking hospitality attendants to support food and beverage operations. You will greet guests, process transactions, book reservations, and handle calls with a focus on exceptional guest service.

This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Uniforms and PPE may be required. Accommodations available upon request.

Belleville – CIBC Place
Aramark Sports + Entertainment is looking to hire hospitality attendants to support the food and beverage operations at the Belleville – CIBC Place home to the Belleville Senators.

The hospitality attendant is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by accurately processing merchandise transactions, assisting with guest needs, maintaining the balance of the cash drawer where applicable, maintaining their assigned work locations, and resolving or escalating any guest concerns or issues. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.
