Job summary

Les Artisans du paysage à Québec recherche un superviseur de terrain pour diriger et coordonner une équipe sur site. Vous gérerez le recrutement, la planification et le contrôle des travaux, tout en veillant à la sécurité et à la qualité.

Vous devez posséder 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en supervision de projets d’aménagement paysager, d’excellentes aptitudes en communication et un esprit d’équipe. Un permis de conduire valide et une mobilité locale sont requis.

Qualifications

• 3 ans à moins de 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire.
• Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale.
• Orientation client et esprit d'équipe développés.

Responsibilities

• Recruter, superviser et planifier le personnel
• Planifier et estimer la main-d’œuvre et les matériaux
• Résoudre les problèmes de travail, offrir des conseils techniques et recommander des mesures pour améliorer la productivité et la qualité
