Claas Manns is seeking a HORSCH Sprayer Engineer to service and repair HORSCH LEEB crop protection machines across Suffolk, Essex or Cambridgeshire. You will use a laptop between tasks and participate in ongoing training with HORSCH UK and the CLAAS Academy.

Qualifications

• Experience as Agricultural Service Engineer or similar role.
• Relevant qualification in Land Based Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Excellent people skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
• Willingness to train further and work overtime at peak periods.

Responsabilités

• Service and repair HORSCH LEEB crop protection machines onsite.
• Diagnose faults and perform adjustments using laptop between tasks.
• Engage in ongoing training via HORSCH UK and CLAAS Academy.
• Support career progression through four development stages.

As a HORSCH Sprayer Engineer working for our MANNS dealership, you will:

• Work on the full range of HORSCH LEEB crop protection machines, You will use a laptop as much as getting your hands dirty to get the job done.

Ideally You Will

• Have experience of working as an Agricultural Service Engineer, tillage or cropcare experience would be prefferable.
• Have a relevant qualification, or equivalent experience within the field of Land Based Engineering
• Have excellent people skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
• Be willing to participate in training to improve and further your skills.
• Be willing to work overtime at peak periods.
