Job summary

GARDENWORKS in Canada is seeking a creative, organized retail leader to manage our Gift & Home Décor department. You’ll blend visual merchandising, inventory management, and guest service to keep the department running beautifully—and reflecting our brand.

Drive sales and deliver exceptional guest service; oversee daily operations including receiving, pricing, and inventory management; analyze trends to support merchandising decisions and restocking.

Qualifications

• Strong visual merchandising skills with eye for detail and design.
• Proven ability to manage inventory and track sales performance.
• Excellent communicator, fosters collaboration within the team.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and POS/inventory systems.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and seasonal peaks.

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, organized retail leader to manage our Gift & Home Décor department. You’ll blend visual merchandising, inventory management, and guest service to keep the department running beautifully — and looking the part.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive sales and deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring every interaction reflects our brand.
• Oversee daily department operations, including receiving, pricing & inventory management
• Analyze sales trends and inventory levels to support merchandising and replenishment decisions.
• Create inspiring visual displays that reflect current trends and seasonal stories.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting department that enhances the guest experience.
• Lead in-store promotions and seasonal changeovers that bring energy and vibrancy to the department.
