Pembina Co-op is hiring a Home Centre Manager Trainee to learn and grow into a future Home Centre Manager across MB locations. Training starts at Souris, MB, with potential placements in Souris, Pilot Mound, St. Leon, St. Claude or Oakbank after the program.

You will work closely with experienced managers, gaining real leadership responsibilities from day one and building skills to run your own store in the future.

Qualifications

• Real life experience in building materials and/or hardware.
• Retail leadership experience is encouraged but not required.
• Solid people skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Pembina Co-op is looking for a Home Centre Manager Trainee who’s ready to jump in, learn tons, and grow into a future Home Centre Manager. No two days will be the same and that’s exactly what makes it awesome!

Training will take place at our Home Centre location in Souris, MB. Following the training period and aligned with succession planning, the position of Home Centre Manager could be at any of our Home Centre locations in Souris, Pilot Mound, St. Leon, St. Claude or Oakbank.

What the Trainee Program Looks Like:

Think of this role as your fast track to becoming a Home Centre Manager and running your own store! You’ll work closely with experienced managers, learn the ins and outs of our operation, and get involved in real leadership responsibilities right from day one.
