Pembina Co-op is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to join our administration team in St. Leon, MB. This full-time role reports to the VP – People & Culture and leads health & safety initiatives across our operations.

You will analyze data, investigate incidents, identify hazards, and maintain policies and programs to ensure legislative compliance. We value teamwork and a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education related to health & safety.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Honest, trustworthy and results-oriented.
• Collaborative approach to delivering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in health & safety initiatives.
• Conduct analysis, reporting, and incident investigations.

What you’ll do:

Reporting to the VP – People & Culture, the Health & Safety Advisor is responsible for providing leadership in the areas of health & safety. This position is responsible for all aspects of health & safety including analysis, reporting, incident investigation, hazard identification and policies, procedures and programs, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and maintaining the well-established health & safety program. Pembina Co-op is S2SA certified.
