Home Instead is seeking compassionate Care Professionals to support aging adults in the Tri-Cities, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows and New Westminster. You will build meaningful relationships, help maintain independence at home, and support daily activities with respect and dignity.

Qualifications

• A caring, compassionate, and patient personality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Reliable transportation is expected.
• Ability to work independently.
• Caregiving experience is an asset, training provided.
• Criminal Record Check or willingness to obtain one.
• Availability for mornings, evenings, and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Prepare meals and light housekeeping assistance.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands.
• Observe and report changes in client wellbeing.
• Create moments of comfort, joy, and connection.

What You'll Do
