Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy; registered with COTO.
• 1–3 years of clinical experience in home and community care.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and mobile work tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct holistic assessments of cognitive, physical, perceptual, and emotional function.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Educate clients and caregivers on therapy goals, exercises, and adaptive equipment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for discharge planning and care coordination.
• Supervise OTA/PTA staff and mentor students as needed.
• Support scheduling, referrals, and program development; participate in quality initiatives.
