Job summary

Medigas, the healthcare division of Linde Canada, Inc., is seeking a Customer Service Representative / Customer Care Associate in Barrie, ON. The role handles telephone referrals, eligibility validation, and funding for home oxygen therapy and related healthcare services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate telephone referrals, verify eligibility criteria and funding, and set up clients for home oxygen therapy and related services.
• Process telephone and walk-in orders, answer inquiries, and resolve issues; track order and shipment status.
• Maintain accurate customer data, pricing, and account setup information.
• Support Territory Managers by balancing inside sales and customer service duties to help meet sales budgets.
• Manage daily cash reconciliation and prepare bank deposits; ensure outgoing mail is sent daily.
