Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
• Retail sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate telephone referrals, verify eligibility criteria and funding, and set up clients for home oxygen therapy and related healthcare services.
• Receive and enter telephone and walk-in orders, answer questions, trace order/shipment status, and resolve issues.
• Provide complete and accurate account setup and pricing data, and maintain accuracy of customer information.
• Support Territory Managers by balancing inside sales and customer service duties to help achieve targeted sales budgets.
• Collect payments to ensure customer accounts remain current and track orders in JDE to confirm delivery and billing.
• Daily cash reconciliation and preparation of bank deposits.
• Ensure all outgoing mail is sent daily.
