In collaboration with the call center supervisor, the vacation travel advisor supports customers in planning their travel projects by offering solutions tailored to their needs, while delivering an exceptional service experience and maximizing sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
* Good proficiency in French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate frequently in English, orally and in writing, with colleagues, clients or other stakeholders, both in Quebec and internationally.
