Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Holiday Seasonal Associate to help deliver an engaging shopping experience in our Toronto store during the busy season.

You'll assist customers on the sales floor, operate the register, stock merchandise, and keep the store organized while delivering friendly, timely service.

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays is required; previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Accurately process sales, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions.

• Receive, process, ticket, stock, and replenish merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain organized stockrooms and sales floor presentation to ensure products are easy to shop.
• Support fulfillment activities, customer pickups, deliveries, and inventory accuracy as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor, stockroom, and checkout area.
• Work collaboratively with teammates and support the store wherever business needs require.
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

As a Holiday Seasonal Associate, you’ll support the store where it’s needed most—assisting customers on the sales floor, operating the register, replenishing merchandise, and keeping the store organized and ready for the busiest shopping season of the year. What You’ll Do

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods.
• Ability to operate a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 75 pounds using appropriate equipment and safe lifting techniques.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.

The anticipated pay rate for this role will be: $17.95 per hour.
