Job summary

Williams-Sonoma Canada is hiring a Holiday Seasonal Associate to help staff the sales floor during the busiest season. You will assist customers, operate the register, replenish merchandise, and keep the store organized and ready for peak shopping periods.

Ideal candidates enjoy fast-paced retail, teamwork, and delivering memorable service. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required, with the opportunity to grow and learn across Williams-Sonoma brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Stand and move throughout the store for extended periods.
• Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Lift and move merchandise up to 75 pounds using proper equipment.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, gift ideas, promotions, and store services.
• Accurately process sales, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions.
• Help achieve store sales goals through product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Receive, process, ticket, stock, and replenish merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain organized stockrooms and sales floor presentation to aid shopping.
• Support fulfillment activities, customer pickups, deliveries, and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor, stockroom, and checkout area.

What You’ll Do

The anticipated pay rate for this role will be: $18.00 per hour.
