Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is hiring a Holiday Seasonal Associate for the Vancouver area to support the store during the busy season. You will assist customers on the sales floor, operate the register, replenish merchandise, and keep the store organized for peak shopping.

If you enjoy fast-paced retail, delivering friendly service, and working with a collaborative team, we’d love to meet you. Flexible availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays; prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods.
• Ability to operate a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 75 pounds using appropriate equipment and safe lifting techniques.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, gift ideas, promotions, and store services.
• Accurately process sales, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions.
• Help achieve store sales goals through product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Receive, process, ticket, stock, and replenish merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain organized stockrooms and sales floor presentation to ensure products are easy to shop.
• Support fulfillment activities, customer pickups, deliveries, and inventory accuracy as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor, stockroom, and checkout area.
• Work collaboratively with teammates and support the store wherever business needs require.
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

About the Role

As a Holiday Seasonal Associate, you’ll support the store where it’s needed most—assisting customers on the sales floor, operating the register, replenishing merchandise, and keeping the store organized and ready for the busiest shopping season of the year.

The anticipated pay rate for this role will be: $18.25 per hour.
