LCBO in Dundalk, Ontario is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives for the on-site holiday season from November 16 to December 31, 2026. You will help customers at the register, assist with product knowledge, and support store campaigns while learning about wine, beer, cider and spirits.

Training is provided online; there is a focus on teamwork, safety, and a positive shopping experience. Availability includes weekends and holiday periods with potential extra shifts.

Qualifications

• Comfortable supporting customers and working effectively with teammates.
• Legally able to work in Canada with valid SIN, student, or work permit.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg) and stand for long periods.

Responsabilités

• Serve customers using the POS/Cash system and ensure an outstanding experience.
• Assist with donations as part of the Spirit of Sustainability campaign.
• Support Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face products on shelves and keep the store clean and safe.

Reporting to the StoreManager, you will:

• Serve customers using our POS/Cash system, promptly and responsibly, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

• Ask for donations as part of our Spirit of Sustainability campaign.

• Participate in the Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.

• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products on shelves and ensure our store is clean,organizedand safe for all.

• Liftcases ofvarious sizesand weights(up to 40 lbs./18 kg)repeatedlywhilestanding forlong periodsof time.

About You:

• Comfortablesupporting customers and working effectively with teammates.

• You must be legally allowed to work in Canada (have a valid SIN, Student, or Work Permit).

• You must be at least 18 years old.

• Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus.

• Required Availability

• Friday (5:00 p.m. – Close).

• Saturday and Sunday (available all day for a 4-to-8-hourshift).

Holiday Availability:

• Christmas Day (December 25).

• Boxing Day (December 26).

• New Year’s Eve (December 31).

Additional Availability

• Additionalwork may be available during the week (Monday – Thursday), based on store needs.

• Schedules are posted two weeks in advance.

• Extra shifts may come up on short notice.
