Job summary

The University of Waterloo is seeking a Hiring Success Coordinator to support employers, students and CEE staff through all logistical aspects of the employment process. You will become the primary contact to enable successful recruiting and hiring experiences, building strong employer relationships.

Incumbents may progress through the career path based on performance. This 14-month term role offers exposure to a dynamic global workforce and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Experience in office environments with multi-tasking ability.
• Experience in recruitment, student programs, or talent management is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for employer access and guidance through employment steps.
• Evaluate and approve job creditability per program specs.
• Assess student program fit and required level for jobs.
• Help hit targets for co-op and graduating jobs with employers.
• Build employer relationships through virtual and in-person interactions.
• Maintain data integrity for employer, student, and faculty records.
