Job summary

Wendy's in Whitby, Ontario is seeking friendly Crew Members to join our team. You’ll help customers, operate the drive-thru, and keep the dining area clean and welcoming. We offer flexible schedules and a fast-paced, fun environment where every shift is an opportunity to learn and grow.

You don’t need prior restaurant experience—just a positive attitude and willingness to learn. We provide training, competitive pay, and strong team support to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Solid social skills with a friendly attitude.
• You notice what’s low and refill supplies (ketchup, straws, cups).
• You pitch in and help your crew and customers.
• You take and receive direction like a pro.
• You want to learn something new and be part of something good.
• If something doesn't seem right, you fix it.

Responsibilities

• Stand and move for most of your shift.
• Lift up to 25–50 lbs. occasionally.
• Handle weather-related moments at the drive-thru.
• Wear a headset and use restaurant equipment following brand standards.

You Must Be Willing And Able To
