Job summary

The Wendy's Company is hiring a Crew Member in Ontario, Canada. This role focuses on friendly customer service, fast-paced teamwork, and adaptability to different shifts, including drive-thru and fry duties.

Training is provided to help you excel and grow within the Wendy's family. Ideal candidates are motivated, capable of standing for long periods, and comfortable using a headset and kitchen equipment while following brand standards.

Qualifications

• Friendly, customer-service oriented approach.
• Stock items when low (ketchup, straws, cups).
• Pitches in to help crew and customers.
• Takes and receives direction well.
• Eager to learn and be part of something good.
• Fixes issues when something isn't right.

Responsibilities

• Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift.
• Lift up to 25-50 lbs. now and then.
• Handle weather related moments like rain at the drive-thru, taking out trash in the summer, etc.
• Wear a headset, use other restaurant equipment such as a register or grill, and follow brand standards and guidelines.
