Job summary

The Ministry of Highways is seeking a motivated Supervisor of Operations for the Outlook Section in the Operation and Maintenance Division. You will supervise staff and provide guidance, coaching and leadership to a team within your geographic area. You will be responsible for the operation and general maintenance of the provincial transportation network of roads and highways.

A valid Class 1A license is required, and interview candidates must provide a current driver’s abstract.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff in operations or maintenance.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop a team across a geographic area.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and maintenance of Saskatchewan's provincial roads and highways.
• Provide guidance and leadership to the Outlook Section team.
