Ledcor Group is seeking a field-based highway patrol and maintenance professional in Alberta. The role involves conducting scheduled patrols, inspecting highway infrastructure, and documenting defects using tablets and electronic reporting tools.

You will respond to incidents, assist maintenance crews, and participate in emergency operations when required. The position requires a valid Class 5 license, strong observational skills, and the ability to operate outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Strong understanding of highway infrastructure and assets.
• Excellent observation skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using tablets and electronic field reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Conduct scheduled highway patrols and inspections.
• Monitor, assess, and report highway conditions and hazards.
• Identify, document, and track defects using electronic field tools.
• Respond promptly to incidents and hazardous situations.
• Inspect highway assets such as signage, surfaces, lighting, and guardrails.
• Perform minor maintenance like debris removal and sign straightening.
• Communicate maintenance priorities to supervisors and teams.
• Assist maintenance crews with highway tasks.
• Participate in emergency response operations when needed.
• Promote Ledcor health, safety, and environmental stewardship.
