• Experience preparing or cooking food in high volume.
• Detail oriented and passionate about executing Brand Recipes under high demand.
• Positive attitude and easily motivated under pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
• Energetic and self-confident with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Make food according to specifications to create an exceptional dining experience
• Complete high volume prep lists to ensure enough product is prepared and available for service
• Keep work area, utensils and production equipment in a clean, sanitized state
• Control waste and spoilage
• Follow safe food handling procedures at all times
• Restock any low items during the shift
• Complete cleaning schedules and Food Safety Logs
• Assist all teammates whenever needed
• Adhere to all Food Safety policies and procedures
