Trench Canada seeks an experienced Senior Lab Test Supervisor to oversee the test lab operations for high voltage instrument transformers and related equipment. You will ensure safety training, plan tests, manage instrumentation, and coordinate with production planning and inspectors to meet daily quotas.
The role requires a college program in Electrical/Power Systems Technology and hands-on experience with high voltage testing, instrumentation, and data analysis.

This role requires hands on responsibility for ensuring that everything functions in the lab: electrical and operational, provide safety trainings for all lab personnel, plan tests and test reports.
Your Tasks:
In accordance with the Pay Transparency Act, we are committed to providing clear and accessible information about compensation for this role. The expected compensation range for this position is CAD $80000 - $120000 / Annually. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on several job-related factors, including relevant education, depth and breadth of experience, professional certifications or license, specialized skills aligned with the role, and internal equity considerations.
