Job summary

LifeSource Water Systems is hiring a Residential Sales Closer to conduct in-home visits within your territory to present, close, and manage a selling pipeline with the support of our in-house appointment-setting team. We provide leads and you earn uncapped commissions with weekly pay.

The role requires 3+ years of in-home or high-ticket sales, one-call close experience, and the ability to schedule your own appointments as an independent contractor.

Residential Sales Closer – Water Systems | Company-Provided Leads | Weekly Pay

Every commission ad promises big money and hot leads, so we'll just tell you how it works here.

We provide the leads. These are homeowners who came to us, not internet leads that five other companies bought. You'll also have our in-house appointment setting team working alongside you to get you in front of people. No cold calling, no door knocking, no buying your own leads. Your job is to run the appointment, present, and close. We pay weekly.

Average closers here earn $125K–$250K. Our top closers clear $250K–$300K. Commission is uncapped and paid weekly. In your first interview we'll walk you through the full structure — the rates, the tiers, and what our reps actually closed last quarter — so you can do the math yourself.
