Responsibilities

• Implement Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and MTSS to match curriculum to student level.
• Develop and actualize Individualized Program Plans (IPPs) and positive behaviour support plans.
• Lead and manage complex behavioural supports in classroom settings.
• Use progress monitoring data to translate student needs into actionable strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to coach and model effective practices.
