Qualifications

• 1+ year experience with operating High Pressure equipment.
• Experience in Pulp & Paper, Thermal, and Oil & Gas is an asset.
• Willing to work shift rotation, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Compensation : Experience-based / Overtime offered after 8 hours

Schedule : 5 / 2 rotation

Site Location : Lloydminster, AB

Start Date : January 2025

Candidate Qualifications

• Drug & Alcohol Testing (Provided by Vertex)

• Steel Toe Rubber Boots requirement

Experience

• 1+ year experience with operating High Pressure equipment; 10, 15, and 20k pressure considered an asset
• Experience performing jobs such as but not limited to; 3D Washing, Line Cleaning, Bundle Blasting
• Knowledge and experience in Pulp & Paper, Thermal, and Oil & Gas considered an asset
• Willing to work shift rotation, including days, evenings, and weekends as required
• Able to stay in a camp setting

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in the safety program by ensuring all company and customer policies & procedures are adhered to
• Attend and participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings, FLRAs, hazard assessments, pre-trips and post-trips
• Work effectively as part of a team with coworkers, contractors, and customers
• Operate equipment competently and safely
• Ensure customer and client satisfaction by providing excellent service
• Follow all local, provincial, and federal regulations and compliance rules
• Keep all training current and up to date
• Perform maintenance on units to ensure cleanliness and efficient operation
• Complete and maintain all required paperwork and documentation within set timelines, including daily logs and waste manifests
• Adapt to workload and schedule variations depending on emergency situations and routine work; note that this is a 24-hour operation with potentially erratic hours
• Travel and drive in various weather conditions to different worksites
• Lift heavy tools and parts as needed
• Work at heights exceeding 6 feet
