PUMA Group is seeking a store associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences in Halton Hills. You will contribute to sales targets, KPIs and store profitability while supporting team development and scheduling. The role requires strong communication, teamwork and a quick learner with basic MS Office and retail software skills.

Base pay ranges from CAD 23.95 to CAD 26.95 per hour plus bonus and benefits. Flexibility for non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service oriented retail environment.
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and communicate effectively.
• Strong teamwork and quick learner with basic MS Office skills.

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience in-store.
• Help the store achieve sales, KPIs and profitability through planning and service.
• Assist management with recruitment, training and development of staff.
• Oversee payroll control and scheduling to maintain profitability while serving customers.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to store leadership.
• Help achieve inventory and shrink goals and manage counts.
• Handle incoming and outgoing merchandise and follow policies.
