Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience using hand and power tools in an industrial setting.
• Physically demanding outdoor work capable.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving.

• Must be able to reliably commute to Grafton, ON or relocate before starting.

Responsibilities

• Dismantle heavy construction equipment including excavators, loaders, compactors, and other industrial machinery.
• Use hand and power tools to remove and organise machine components for shipment.
• Load equipment and parts into shipping containers safely and securely.
• Assist with positioning and securing machinery to maximise container space and ensure safe transportation.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move machinery and components.
• Conduct basic equipment inspections before operation and report any issues promptly.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet shipping schedules and targets.
• Uphold Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and maintain a clean work area.
