Barnhart Crane & Rigging is seeking a Heavy Haul Truck Driver to transport oversized equipment and super loads across North America. You will join a team responsible for safe, efficient movement on local and long-haul routes, using RGN, step deck, and multi-axle trailers.

This full-time role emphasizes DOT compliance, equipment inspection, and teamwork. Candidates should have a CDL Class A and experience with heavy or over-dimensional loads, with frequent travel to project sites across North

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license is required.
• Experience with heavy haul or over-dimensional loads is preferred.
• Knowledge of axle weight distribution and load securement is important.
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to inspect and maintain equipment.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Transport over-dimensional and super loads across local and over-the-road routes.
• Operate equipment including RGN, step deck, double/triple drop trailers, and multi-axle setups.
• Work as part of a team-based heavy haul operation on complex loads.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Assist with assembly and inspection of trailers and hauling equipment.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance and equipment checks.
