Job summary

Linxus Group is seeking Heavy-Duty Equipment Mechanics for a mining operation in Northern Ontario. Position involves 14 days on, 14 days off rotation at a camp, with responsibilities including maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of on-site mobile equipment.

Experience with CAT, Komatsu, and Epiroc equipment is an asset. Must be a journeyperson HD Equipment Mechanic and able to work in shop or service truck environments. English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Journeyperson Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic with mining or construction equipment experience preferred.
• Ability to work with minimal direction and supervision.
• Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing on-site mobile equipment.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and shop or service-truck work environment.

Ourclient, a large International Mining firm is looking for several Heavy-Dutymechanics to join their company at one of their mines in Northern Ontario. Thisis a camp focused role working 14 days in 14 days out rotation.

Qualifications:

• Abilityto work with minimum direction and supervision.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all on-site mobile equipment
• Experience with CAT Komatsu and Epirocequipment an asset.
• A self-starter who is well organized andknowledgeable in all areas of preventative maintenance.

MustHave:

• AJourneyperson Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic with heavy mining or constructionequipment Ability to work either in a shop or service truck environment.
• Verbal and written proficiency of the English language.
