Liebherr Canada Ltd. is seeking a Service Consultant to support and promote customer service products within the Customer Service department.

The role focuses on data-driven analysis, strengthening customer relationships, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, service, technical support, and parts operations. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, coordinating offers, following up quotations, and promoting digital solution products.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Administrative skills in heavy equipment industry are a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office and reporting tools.
• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries requiring additional measures from quotation to order completion.
• Coordinate and organize offers to secure orders and customer satisfaction.
• Follow-up on quotations and analyze reasons for lost orders.
• Analyze customers, market and competition for sales potential.
• Proactively offer service products based on analysis and customer needs.
• Implement customer service campaigns to drive engagement.
• Identify consultative sales opportunities (customer surveys).
• Maintain licenses for digital solutions and promote them to customers.
• Liaise between functions to ensure smooth processing of requests.
• Provide customer service experience and support.
