Job summary

Ledcor is hiring Utility Operators for a remote Northern Saskatchewan civil earthworks project. You will operate a range of heavy equipment on site development, mass excavation, and grading, with camp accommodation and weekly pay on offer.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of heavy equipment experience, CSTS-2020, Ground Disturbance Level 2, and a valid driver’s license, along with a safety-focused approach and ability to work 14/7 rotation on a remote site in Saskatchewan.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience operating heavy equipment in construction, mining, or earthworks.
• Proven experience on excavators, dozers, graders, or loaders.
• Ability to read and follow site plans, grade stakes, and layouts.
• Valid driver’s license and 3-year drivers abstract.
• CSTS-2020 Fundamentals ticket.
• Ground Disturbance Level 2 certification.
• Must pass pre-access drug and alcohol testing.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
