Job summary

Tuccaro Group in Fort McMurray, Alberta, is seeking heavy equipment operators for a long‑term mining project at Syncrude Basemine. The roles require safe operation of heavy equipment in a mine environment with 6x6 or 7x7 rotations.

Qualified candidates will have 2–3 years of mining equipment experience, a valid Class 5 driver's license (CSO or BSO preferred), and the ability to work shift schedules. Camp or LOA is not provided. References and pre-employment drug screening are required.

• Operate haul trucks, dozers, excavators, graders, and loaders as required.

Neegan Development is currently seeking a positive, outgoing, team-oriented individual to fill the position of Heavy Equipment Operator.

Job Duties Include:

• Safely operate heavy equipment as required
• Must able to confidently operate heavy equipment in a mine environment
• Adhere to all company safety policies and standards

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• CSO or BSO; only one is required
• Minimum 2-3 years' experienceoperating equipment in a mining environment
• Able to work shift work

Experience working in tailings is considered an asset.

These positions are for a long-term project at Syncrude Basemine. The shift is either 6x6 or 7x7.
