Job summary

Norland is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators specializing in dozer and backhoe for the BEL Contracting division in Delta, BC. Operators will work on civil construction projects, focusing on underground utilities and road construction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience operating dozers and backhoes on civil construction sites.

• Certifications such as First Aid, Ground Disturbance, Confined Space, Rigging & Hoisting are assets.

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 5 years of experience operating dozers and backhoes on civil construction sites
• Experience with underground utilities is a strong asset

• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Certifications an asset: First Aid, Ground Disturbance, Confined Space, Rigging & Hoisting, etc.
• Ability to work well in a team environment with a positive, professional attitude
• Physically fit to perform all duties (ability to walk, stand, hear, and lift 50 lbs)
