Job summary

Golderado is seeking a Dozer Operator to join our field teams in Edmonton. The role requires operating dozer equipment, performing pre-operational checks, and assisting on-site teams to maintain safe and productive production flows.

Ideal candidates have at least 4 years of heavy equipment experience, relevant certifications, and reliable transportation. Proficiency in English and a high school diploma or equivalent are required; health benefits and pension support are provided.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a heavy equipment operator required.
• CSTS 2020, WHMIS 2015, or SCOT, Ground Disturbance Level 2 are required.
• A reliable means of transportation is required.
• Proficient English language skills required.
• Completion of High School or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate dozer equipment, clean and lubricate equipment and refill equipment tanks.
• Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment, secure attachments to equipment.
• Operate two-way radios and other communication equipment, perform minor repairs to equipment.
• Execute high volume production.
• Fine grading and finishing.
• When required, assist other operators, labourers and trades.
• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks for equipment.
