Job summary

Air Liquide Canada is hiring a certified heavy equipment mechanic to maintain trailers and cryogenic equipment at the Varennes distribution center. You will perform daily and preventive maintenance, manage parts inventory, and uphold safety and quality objectives while working with the distribution center team.

The role requires a Heavy Equipment Technician Certificate, a valid Class 5 license, and knowledge of cryogenics; a PEP card is a plus.

Qualifications

• Heavy Equipment Technician Certificate (HET) required.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required.
• PEP card is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on trailers and cryogenic equipment to maximize operational efficiency and minimize costs.
• Maintain parts inventory and document movements in the software; keep the garage safe and organized.
• Identify hazardous materials and ensure safety; implement corrective and preventive measures.
