Position Overview:

As a Loader Operator, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our clients’ commercial properties safe and functional during and after snow events. You’ll operate equipment to ensure parking lots and bus stops are cleared quickly and thoroughly. This is a hands‑on, outdoor role ideal for skilled drivers who thrive in tough conditions and take pride in doing important work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate machines during and after snow events.
• Work closely with snow crews and supervisors to prioritize properties and routes.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on vehicles and report maintenance needs.
• Be available to respond quickly to snow and ice events (early mornings, late evenings, or overnight shifts may be required).

Compensation:

$40/hr w/ 200 hours guaranteed!
