Job summary

Qualifications

• 310T certification or currently registered as a Level 3/4 Apprentice
• Minimum 2 years of relevant heavy-duty truck/mechanical experience
• Class 3 driver's licence with Air Brake endorsement preferred
• MPI certification is an asset
• Welding experience is an asset
• Must have own basic hand tools and toolbox

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heavy trucks and concrete mixer equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing
• Troubleshoot diesel, electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
• Work on heavy-duty truck components and concrete mixer systems
• Complete repairs safely and efficiently
• Work independently while collaborating with other mechanics
