Job summary

Redhead Equipment is seeking a Heavy Duty Service Technician (Journeyperson or similar trade experience) at our Melfort branch. The role involves inspecting, diagnosing, repairing and servicing equipment in our service shop, using OEM diagnostic tools.

Qualifications

• Journeyperson certification is required; however, those with similar dealership experience will be considered.
• Proficiency reading and interpreting hydraulic & electric schematics.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, repair and service equipment at the service shop.
• Utilize OEM diagnostic programs to troubleshoot issues.

Redhead Equipment company has an exciting career opportunity for a Heavy Duty Service Technician (Mechanic) Journeyperson or similar trade experience at our Melfort branch.

This position is responsible for the inspection, diagnosis, repair, and service of equipment at our service shop. Journey person certification is required, however those with similar experience at a dealership will be considered.

Ideal candidates will possess the following:

• Journeyperson trade training in Heavy Duty Construction Equipment mechanics. 4th year apprentices maybe considered.
• Mechanical and/or computerized diagnostic skills using OEM specific programs
• Proficiency reading and interpreting hydraulic & electric schematics
