Responsibilities :

• Sell, store, and supply parts to external customers
• Distribute parts to internal repair shops
• customer focused technical role that requires variety of skills

Skill Set :

• Customer service focused to service and maintain a base of loyal customer
• Responsible for customer relations including resolving customer concerns.
• Strong critical thinking skills to implement workflow procedures and continuous improvement initiatives for the parts department.
• Computer use including processing parts and supplies, maintaining records, preparing orders, posting receipts, sales contracts, stock adjustments and credit requests.
• Following the inventory and merchandising processes while upkeeping the retail display.

Requirements :

• Experience in heavy duty parts department
• Class 5 driver's license
• Apprentice to Journeyman Parts Technician trade ticket an asset but not required
