Job summary

HearCANADA, part of the WSA group, is seeking a Hearing Care Professional to perform standardized hearing evaluations, deliver exceptional patient‑centric care, and educate clients on product usage and features.

This full-time contract runs through June 2027 with hours Monday–Friday 8:30 am–4:30 pm local time. Base earnings range CAD 70,000–100,000 per year, plus an attractive bonus program and 6% vacation pay.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program.
• Unrestricted ability to practice and provincial registration in good standing.
• Experience with diagnostic/dispensing hearing health products.

Position overview:

As a Hearing Care Professional with HearCANADA, you are passionate about the hearing healthcare of our clients. You will provide standardized hearing evaluations, a high standard of client care, make product recommendations and educate on product usage and features, and follow-up with clients to ensure their needs are met.

This is a full-time contract role until June 2027. Typical hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm local time.

What we offer you:

• $70,000 - $100,000 annual base earnings based on experience + an attractive bonus program
• Vacation at 6% paid on bi-weekly pay cheques.

What you will do:

• Support existing and new clients in their hearing journey by providing an assortment of audiological assessments and hearing evaluations
• Staying abreast of new trends in hearing aid promotions, fittings, and technological advancements to make the most meaningful recommendations to clients
• Building relationships with clients to ensure appropriate care is provided and post-care solutions are recommended
• Collaborating with our clinic team members to support both walk-in clients and inbound phone calls

What we are looking for:

• A graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program
• Unrestricted ability to practice in the Audiology field and registration with your provincial governing body in good standing
• Working knowledge of hearing health care products and services with diagnostic/dispensing experience
• An excellent communicator who can establish a professional and individualized rapport with clients and team members
• Comfortability in making product and service recommendations to clients and providing patient-centric education to clients to ensure product adoption
• Experience with WSA brands (Widex, Signia, and/or Rexton) would be a definite asset, though not required
