Job summary

Connect Hearing Canada, part of the Sonova family, is seeking a Customer Care Representative for the Strathroy clinic to deliver exceptional in-person, phone and email service while supporting Hearing Care Professionals with scheduling and file management.

You will manage client accounts, assist with third-party billing, and aid with in-clinic device repairs as needed. Travel to other clinics is required; competitive benefits and education sponsorship are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience or interest in accounts receivable and billing reconciliation.
• Willingness to travel to other clinics as needed.
• Can-do attitude with eagerness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone and by email.
• Schedule appointments and organize files for Hearing Care Professionals.
• Manage and maintain client accounts and build relationships.
• Assist with third-party billing with insurance companies; training provided for device repairs.
