• Site: Belleville General Hospital - 265 Dundas St. E
• Hours: Continental Rotation - 0800-2000/2000-0800
• Overtime Method: Averaging Agreement (AA) after 88 hours
• Pay Rate: $18.94/hourly

Job Responsibilities

• Present a smart, visible, and alert security presence
• Greet, assist, and direct visitors
• Ensure safety and security of clients, buildings, and assets
• Perform interior and exterior patrols
• Respond to emergencies
• Document and report security events
• Investigate incidents
• Manage patient watches, enforce parking and smoking bylaws
• Enforce hospital policies, access control, and conduct safety inspections
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Valid Ontario Security License
• Valid G class Driver's License
• First Aid & CPR Level C
• Proof of double COVID-19 vaccination and immunization records
• Minimum 6 months security experience; healthcare security experience preferred
• Willingness to train in Use of Force and Management of Aggressive Behaviour if not certified
• Able to pass N95 Mask Fit Test
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
