Job summary

CarePartners is seeking a Scheduling Supervisor to lead intake and scheduling in our Sarnia branch, ensuring efficient operations and high service levels. The role partners with the Director and Operations Manager to optimize the master schedule for frontline healthcare workers and to drive quality and efficiency across shifts.

The ideal candidate will have 1‑3 years of post‑secondary education and 3‑6 years of related experience, strong communication, and demonstrated supervisory capabilities

Qualifications

• The candidate should have 1–3 years of post-secondary education and 3–6 years of related work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities are essential.
• Thorough knowledge of Ontario Health atHome contractual obligations and case management is required.
• Advanced database & software knowledge and experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a master schedule for front line healthcare workers in collaboration with leadership.
• Participate in hiring and orientation of new Team Coordinators for ongoing staff development.
• Monitor scheduling procedures to ensure quality service and cost control.
• Adjust Team Coordinators' schedules to balance workload across the team.
• Train others on the PROCURA and Workflow systems as a super-user.
